Euchre Night registration

We’re hosting a 4-week Euchre Tourney starting Thursday, March 16th from 6-8pm!

1 REGISTRATION IS FOR 2 PEOPLE THAT INCLUDES ALL 4 WEEKS OF THE TOURNAMENT.

What's the dealio?

Sign up with a partner for $36 to claim your spot in the league for 4 consecutive weeks. Your registration fee gives you and your partner a 20 oz glass of beer each week. The fourth week your first beer is on the house! Each week the winning team will get a $20 Nita Beer gift card. Each player from the the team with the most points at the end of the four week Euchre tournament receive a 12 pack of Nita Beer ( selection by champions ), a handsome vinyl carry bag and a $25 gift card from the finest vinyl shop in all of Ottawa, "The Odds and Sods Shoppe".

There are only 16 teams spots available, so sign up now! Remember that the $36 registration fee is for both you AND your partner. You do not need to sign up individually.

This is a 19+ event.

We will also be spinning vinyl during the evening. Andy will bring some of his wax but you are encouraged to bring yours. Every album gets a side played without interruption. After which the crowd makes a collective decision to flip or pass.

• Thursday, March 16th, 2023, 6-8pm

• Thursday, March 30th, 2023, 6-8pm

• Thursday, April 6th, 2023, 6-8pm

The minutiae

The Euchre tournament starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 pm.

 Teams play 4 x 30 minute games in a round robin style tournament.

At the end of each game a pair's total points are submitted to the tournament organizer (TO). Andy will likely be the TO as he'll be spinning the vinyl.

After all the games have been played the pair with the most points at the end of the evening receives a $25 gift card to be shared.

Team points are cumulative and are recorded each week. The team with the most points after 4 weeks become the tourney champs and receive the Nita Beer Co. + The Odds & Sods Shoppe ultimate prize pack.
