This Friday, November 25th, we will be brewing multi-award winning Justin MacNeill’s National Capital Homebrew Competition Best of Show award winning beer Tropical Knockout (TKO). TKO is a Pale Ale bursting with aromas and flavours of coconut, pineapple, mango and citrus fruits. Conditioned on toasted coconut and generously dry hopped with American and Australian hops, this beer will transport you back to summer even on the coldest night. After taking Best of Show at the 2015 National Capital Homebrew Competition, we invited Justin to Nita Beer Company to brew a batch of his gold medal-winning recipe. We hope you enjoy this unique Pro-Am creation. It packs a wallop! Our expected release date for TKO will be December 16.
