Andy started brewing back in 2010 and loved it so much he decided to quit his gig at Algonquin College and running an electrical contracting business to start brewing full time. And so Nita Beer was born. Andy spends most of his time in the brew space ... brewing, cleaning, fixing and making sure the beer is delicious.

Bridget started Nita with Andy way back in 2015. She manages back office stuff, beer taxes and bureaucracy (don't get her started on these topics!). When Paddy joined the team, Bridget started making buns, bread and pizza dough from scratch. You gotta try those homemade buns!

Paddy learned a lot at his first dishwashing and line cook job at Broadways. He came to Nita to help us in a pinch and never left. He works the bar and the kitchen and helps get the Nita team rowing in the same direction.

Quiet but purposeful in every interaction. Serious about food. Serious about a clean kitchen. You will often find Sam cleaning and scrubbing and then making the best food in the Nita kitchen! Ask for his smashburger or fried chicken sandwich ... it's delicious!
