Nita Beer Company is excited to announce a collaboration amongst 10 Ottawa breweries launch Brewery Doors Open Ottawa on Saturday, January 19. All of the breweries are hosting tours at various times throughout the day. We’d love for you to come and visit!

The 10 breweries that are participating in this unique promotion are Nita Beer Company, Broadhead Beer Company, Small Pony Barrel Works, Beau’s Brewery, Tooth and Nail Brewing, Whiprsnapr Brewing Company, Waller St. Brewing Company, Dominion City Brewing, Brasserie Tuque de Broue, Big Rig Brewery. All breweries are holding tours on January 19 but each brewery will be managing their tours individually.
“It’s great that the Ottawa beer community can come together in this way and collaborate on promoting each other’s breweries,” remarked Andy Nita, Chief Beer Officer at Nita. “We want to continue to recognize the great beer and great breweries in Ottawa and are hoping that this creates interest throughout Ottawa to venture near or far to tour and learn more about these fantastic businesses.”
The breweries participating range from Ottawa’s largest to potentially some of Ottawa’s smallest as well as ranging geographically from the east to the west. There are great opportunities for everyone to visit, learn about the brewery, hear some stories, stay for a drink and celebrate beer! Some tours are paid and others are free with sampling options available (again some free, some paid)

Small Pony Barrelworks (101 Schneider Rd, Kanata, ON): Brewery tours will run at noon, 2PM and 4PM. Tour includes 3 x 3 oz samples for $5.
Whiprsnapr Brewing Company (14 Bexley Pl, Nepean, ON): Brewery tour will run at 3PM and is $10 + HST. This includes a flight of 4 samples of beer. Reserve your spot by emailing whiprsnaprbrewingco@gmail.com.
Dominion City Brewing (5510 Canotek Rd Unit 15, Gloucester, ON): Brewery tours at 2PM and 4PM including up to four small samples.
Tooth and Nail Brewing (3 Irving Ave, Ottawa, ON): Brewery tours at 1:30PM and 3PM. $5 per person.
Waller St. Brewing (14 Waller St, Ottawa, ON): Free brewery tours at noon, 1PM, 2PM. Buy a flight afterwards while you relax in the prohibition inspired brewery.
Brasserie Tuque de Broue Brewery (189 Bay St, Embrun, ON): Tours from 11AM to 4PM with complimentary samples. Enjoy a new brew with us, Caribroue, a black IPA.
Big Rig Brewery (103 Schneider Rd, Kanata, ON): Free tours between 12:30 and 3:30PM at the Kanata location.
