SALE OF ALCOHOL

The sale of alcoholic products is limited to those that are 19 years of age or older. All beer orders must be picked up in person at our retail location on 190 Colonnade Rd, Unit 17. Identification will be verified to ensure orders are being received by those that are 19 years of age. Customers are reminded to drink responsibly.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP OF ORDERS

Non-alcoholic products such as shirts and hats can be purchased in our on-line shop and can either be picked up at our retail location (190 Colonnade Rd., Unit 17) or can be shipped using Canada Post. Customers will be able to choose their preferred method at check-out. If you purchase non-alcoholic products with beer, the only option available for shipping will be pick- up.

All alcoholic products can be pre-ordered in our on-line shop and must be picked up at our retail location to ensure we can check appropriate identification.

If you are looking to have your order delivered, we suggest using Brew Donkey (www.brewdonkey.ca).

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND SHIPPING:

All Refunds and Exchanges can be processed within 14 days of original purchase.

Beer: Craft beer is made without preservatives and needs to be kept in a refrigerator for the best beer taste and experience. If 1) you have kept your beer at a cool temperature and 2) it is within 14 days of purchase and 3) you feel your beer does not taste as it was intended by Nita Beer, please contact us at giddyup@nitabeer.comso that we may discuss the issue with you.

To ensure you pick the beer best suited for your tastes, please consult our Beer Sherpas or consult our web site to help you understand the different beers available. As well, please ask for a sample when you visit our retail location. Beer cannot be exchanged or returned if the beer you have selected is not suited for your palate.

Merchandise: To be eligible for a return, please bring your proof of purchase and your item to our retail location. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: Nita Beer will replace an item if is defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please bring your proof of purchase and your item to our retail location within 30 days of purchase.
