Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage. Nita adds various fruit and spice flavourings to make a delicious and health drink option. It is non-alcoholic (less than 1% alcohol produced in the fermentation process).
Nita's preferred method of brewing keeps the beverage slightly sweet and not overly tart. We add flavourings to do a secondary fermention following the souring of the tea.
