Perfectum is a stout with a pleasant note of chocolate in its aroma, a thick, creamy head, and a roasted malty flavour with a hint of brown sugar. A sweeter beer than most, Perfectum has minimal hop and floral notes. A stout with mild carbonation and a medium finish that can be savoured, but doesn’t overstay its welcome. A beer Andy has proclaimed can be enjoyed throughout the year. Every month is stout season.
